Left White Corner Bracket symbol

Type :left_white_corner_bracket: · Punctuation

What 『 is for

The hollow version, used for a quotation inside a quotation, and for the titles of books, films and albums. It is the Japanese equivalent of italicising a title rather than of scare quotes.
