What ≠ is for
Says two things differ. Comes up as often in code review prose as in maths, since it reads more cleanly than != when you are describing behaviour rather than writing it.
How to type ≠
The shortcuts below are the built-in routes. With
Emoji Anywhere
installed you can skip all of them and type
:neq: in any text field instead, which
is the same on every platform.
